To respond to a high demand of vegan food from my customers, I have tried to find out why so many people are getting vegan. The main reasons are environmental and health reason. From there I have started to look at these new products suitable for vegetarian and vegan people and I found some amazing products, such as quinoa or tofu , my favourites, that are great to work with my type of marinated and slow cook food.
They are the best way for vegetarians to get proteins, but they are also full of nutrients and minerals. Quinoa, a tiny little seed, has a mild, slightly vegetable flavour and cooks up fluffy like couscous, but is still slightly crunchy, whether tofu, made with soya beans, is white and wobbly. versatile, tofu is delicious with adding of flavour, it's quite bland and responds well to marinate.
Today I am pound to introduce these 2 products on my menus as well as the dairy free cheese and meat free already popular.
